In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping innovative architectural projects, from conceptual design through to material selection. Your expertise will help bring creative visions to life while ensuring technical precision and adherence to project timelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate on diverse projects, including renovations, interior designs, and new constructions, all within a vibrant and forward-thinking environment. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive design concepts and schematic design packages using AutoCAD, Revit, PhotoShop, SketchUp ensuring alignment with project goals and client needs Utilize Bluebeam for digital markup, document management, and collaboration with team members and clients Engage in business development activities by assisting with meetings and presentations to foster new opportunities Manage multiple projects simultaneously by applying strong project management skills Collaborate closely with production teams during DD / CD phases and construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained and issues are promptly addressed Qualifications Architectural degree or Master's degree is required minimum. 3 years of experience in architectural deisgn Proven experience as an Intermediate Design Architect with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in drafting, modeling, and technical detailing Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Bluebeam, and other relevant design software Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, contracts, budgeting, and construction management practices Knowledge of interior design principles along with experience in renovation projects is highly desirable Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Multi-Family experience is a plus.
