Job Description What You'll DoPerform architectural assignments with general direction, with limited immediate supervision, and work independently as well as collaboratively with others toward design and technical solutionsAssist in developing design solutions on a variety of projects in size and scopeProvide production of design drawings, presentation drawings, and digital models in support of design teamsResearch products and materials, review existing projects, and those under construction to inform the production of design documentationContribute to the effective performance of the project team regarding quality, schedule, and budgetAssist in the execution of construction administration responsibilitiesAssist in the review and execution of design documents that meet building code and accessibility code Skills and Requirements NCARB-accredited degree in Architecture with 3-12 years of commercial experience; Actively pursuing state registration; Professional Registration preferredHighly motivated, Team-oriented individual seeking progressively more responsibilityWell-organized, detailed oriented with excellent communication skillsExperience in detailing and execution of construction documents with minimal supervisionExperience with complex multi-phased projectsProficient in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft OfficExperience with MEPFP coordination and BIM coordination We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
