Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Intern or Interior Design Intern to join our dynamic design team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in architectural design or interior design, project development, and construction documentation within a collaborative and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior architects and designers in developing design concepts and preparing presentation materials Support the creation of detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software Conduct research on materials, building codes, and sustainability practices relevant to project development Participate in site visits and assist with on-site inspections to ensure design accuracy and quality Collaborate with team members to coordinate project deliverables and meet deadlines Contribute to the preparation of construction documents and specifications Join our creative team and be part of a company that values innovation, professional growth, and a collaborative work environment. Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of an architecture or related design program Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software Strong visual, technical, and communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainable design principles is a plus
