Job Description
Principal In Charge -
Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural design projects from concept through to completion.
Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
Develop project budgets, schedules, and detailed work plans.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and presentations using software such as Revit and AutoCAD.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and adherence to design specifications.
QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.7+ years of relevant experienceLicensed Architect with relevant certifications.
Proven experience in commercial architecture with a strong portfolio.
Project management experience with a PMP certification preferred.
Proficiency in design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.Knowledge of LEED and sustainable design practices is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
