What We Offer:

Qualified leads provided weekly. Amongst the highest percentage-based pay in the area with a generous bonus structure. Flexible, full-time schedule with occasional nights and weekends. What We're Looking For:

1-2+ years of experience in the pool industry and/or construction preferred Highly preferred experience with Structure Studios pool design software or strong CAD design skills. Strong communication, customer relationship, and closing skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong industry connections and referral sources are highly desired.

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to discuss custom pool designs and options. Collect accurate measurements and data to complete custom designs Utilize Structure Studios to create 3D pool designs. Provide detailed proposals and guide clients through the sales process. Maintain strong follow-up and customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Why Join Us?
