Overview Mahogany Design Studios is seeking an experienced Revit Technician to join our team in Pleasant Grove, Utah. This position will support the design and documentation of high-end custom residences in a variety of architectural styles. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Revit and has a strong understanding of residential construction, plan development, and architectural detailing. Responsibilities Develop accurate residential construction documents in Revit Produce floor plans, roof plans, elevations, building sections, and architectural details Translate design concepts and sketches into coordinated drawing sets Create and maintain organized, accurate Revit models Coordinate architectural drawings with structural engineering and interior design documents Identify and resolve drawing conflicts before construction Assist with revisions throughout the design, permitting, and construction phases Maintain Mahogany Design Studios' drafting and documentation standards Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in residential design and drafting Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Strong knowledge of wood-frame residential construction and construction-document preparation. Experience developing detailed plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details Ability to interpret design direction and work across multiple architectural styles Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a design team Experience with high-end custom residential projects is strongly preferred This is a full-time, in-office position at our Pleasant Grove, Utah studio. Remote work is not available for this role.

Pay:

$35.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
