This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop technically, contribute to high-quality construction documentation, and grow into a Senior Revit Technician role. About the Role The Revit Technician will be responsible for producing coordinated, accurate structural Revit models and drawings. You will work directly with structural engineers, senior Revit staff, and project managers to deliver complete and consistent drawing sets that reflect design intent and construction requirements. Key Responsibilities Structural Revit Modeling & Drafting Build and maintain structural Revit models for building projects Create plans, sections, elevations, details, and 3D views Maintain family types, parameters, templates, worksets, grids, and levels Incorporate engineering markups and design revisions accurately Perform model health checks and maintain organized Revit files BIM Standards & Coordination Follow firm Revit and BIM standards Coordinate with architectural and MEP models to ensure alignment Identify clashes or modeling issues and communicate them promptly Support interdisciplinary coordination using ACC/BIM360 or similar platforms Construction Documentation Prepare complete construction document sets Ensure accurate annotation, dimensions, schedules, and sheet layout Maintain title blocks, notes, and sheet organization Assist engineers with addenda, design changes, and document issuance Communication & Workflow Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and senior technicians Manage tasks and deadlines across multiple projects Maintain organized folders and model files Ask clarifying questions when design intent is unclear Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Revit Technician, Structural Drafter, or BIM Technician Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required) Experience with structural drawings and building systems preferred Familiarity with
