Job Title:
Structural & Payload Design Engineer Location:
Everett, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our Washington Interiors Team by developing, integrating, and documenting requirements for interior and structural payload systems. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional engineering support throughout the product lifecycle while collaborating cross-functionally with suppliers and other key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop, integrate, and document structural and interior payload system requirements to establish system design. Utilize 3-D Computer Aided Design tools and other design methods to provide product definitions and support interdepartmental coordination. Assist in supplier development, testing, and production activities to optimize design and achieve program objectives. Support investigations of emerging technologies and participate in the validation of compliance to regulatory requirements.
Required:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical, or Material Sciences. 5+ years of related engineering work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with engineering processes and tools including CSDT, CATIA, ENOVIA, PDM, and associated release processes. Demonstrated experience supporting product design and engineering in a production system, including supplier coordination and validation of compliance to regulatory requirements.
