Full-Time Position Overview:

We are looking for an architectural/structural drafter who is motivated, innovative, and ready to take on new challenges. In this full-time role, you will work with our in-house drafting and engineering teams. Attributes a candidate will demonstrate include outstanding communication skills, critical-thinking, and a strong attention to detail. Work is performed under the general supervision of the team leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Create construction documents for commercial, agricultural, industrial, and residential. Create steel fabrication documents using Tekla Coordinate with engineers, drafters, contractors, and consultants to ensure accuracy. Contribute to internal design reviews, promoting creative and technical problem-solving within the team. Maintain regular attendance and works overtime or extended hours as required to support project needs.

Qualifications:

Education :

Associates degree required.

Software Skills :

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office Suite. Tekla experience a plus

Communication :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present and articulate ideas clearly.

Collaboration :

Strong ability to work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver successful projects. Attention to
