Job Description

SciArt Studio is seeking a full‑time Architect or Intern Architect to join our small, design‑driven practice in downtown La Crosse. Position Highlights Growth potential : Increasing responsibility, client interaction, and leadership opportunities Supportive, trust‑based culture with no micromanaging Variety of project types : Residential, office, retail, industrial, and medical/dental Great downtown location near restaurants, coffee shops, and the riverfront Responsibilities Assist with design, drafting, and construction documentation Coordinate with civil, MEP, structural, interior, and other consultants Perform code and planning reviews Research building systems, materials, and construction details Complete energy compliance calculations (ComCheck) Contribute to practical, buildable, code‑defensible solutions Qualifications 5+ years of experience in an architectural office Degree in Architecture from an accredited program Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Experience with SketchUp and/or Enscape preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively LEED or Green Globes experience a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience Retirement plan Paid time off Professional development and training opportunities Hybrid work flexibility for the right person after onboarding How to Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter .
