Onsite About the Job We are looking for a Survey CAD Drafter with AutoCAD Civil 3D experience to join our survey team. This is a great opportunity for experienced drafters and candidates looking to grow their skills in survey drafting and land surveying . What You'll Do Create survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D . Prepare boundary and topographic survey drawings. DraftALTA/NSPS
surveys and survey maps. Prepare preliminary and final plats. Prepare condominium plats and survey exhibits. Update drawings from redlines and field data. Apply coordinates, elevations, bearings, and distances. Prepare construction staking setup files. Read and interpret legal descriptions. Maintain accurate and organized CAD project files. Must-Have Qualifications AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting experience. Strong CAD drafting and technical skills. Basic knowledge of land surveying principles. Understanding of survey terminology and measurements. Ability to work with coordinates and elevations. Ability to interpret technical drawings and markups. Nice to Have Bluebeam experience. Previous survey drafting experience. Land surveying experience. Point cloud experience. Experience preparing plats or survey exhibits.Pay & Work Location Salary:
