Industrial Maintenance Technician

WEEKEND SHIFT
(Friday- Sunday) All Weather Insulated Panels

- Perform routine, predictive, and preventative maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed. Inspect regularly and as needed to ensure proper operation. Complex Problem Solving
- Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options. Implement effective solutions. Operation Monitoring
- Watch gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Operation and Control
- Control operation of equipment or systems High and low voltage electrical troubleshooting PLC troubleshooting Welding, fabrication, etc. Participate in plant safety, health, and environmental programs Completes training by supervisor. Complies with all safety and company policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Design
- effective knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models Mechanical
- effective knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance Computers
- effective knowledge of computer hardware and software Electronics
- effective knowledge of electronic equipment and systems Judgment and Decision Making
- consideration of the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one Able to work in time-sensitive and sometimes stressful situations Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and do research to find answers in some cases with little guidance Able to follow directions, procedures, and guidelines as directed by the supervisor Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment with outdoor exposure Available to work overtime, weekends, and changing shifts, as needed Must have a high level of attention to detail Must be organized, thorough, reliable, and dependable Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent.
