Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on esthetic laser treatments and skincare services. Knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for booking and client management. Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetician practices required; additional certifications in laser technology are highly preferred. Strong understanding of sanitation procedures, safety protocols, and industry regulations to ensure client safety at all times. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients about treatments and skincare options. Experience performing a range of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermal fillers, Botox injections, eyelash extensions, nail care, waxing services, and body waxing.
