JOB SUMMARY

To provide technical assistance to engineering and corporate staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides technical assistance, under the direct supervision of the engineering staff in compiling technical information, solving problems and assisting in preparing reports working from various procedures and standard practices.

o Researches, computes, charts, plots, reads and measures engineering or test data. o Assists engineering staff in compiling data and preparing engineering reports. o Operates computer equipment to process engineering data. o May be required to help prepare engineering data sketches.

• Requires frequent contact with personnel in engineering to obtain and furnish information.
• Responsible for own work.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Requires broad training in engineering principles, data and mathematics. Equivalent to one year of college in engineering courses.

EXPERIENCE

Requires three (3) months experience in nondestructive testing. Holds at least one (1) Level II NDI certification.
