Hourly Pay:

$35 - $55/Hour + Overtime (25% OT available)Founded in 1912, this organization is one of the largest copper producers in the world, employing roughly 25,000 people globally and approximately 3,300 employees and contractors at the Morenci, AZ mining complex. The company operates large-scale open-pit copper mines, concentrators, and SX/EW processing facilities that support global copper, molybdenum, and mineral production. The Morenci site is a 24/7 operation responsible for mining, crushing, conveying, leaching, and processing ore at one of the highest-volume copper mines in North America, serving industrial, manufacturing, and global metals markets. The Infrastructure Technician will support site operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing critical infrastructure systems that keep mining and processing activities running safely and efficiently.

What You Will Be DoingPerform inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on site infrastructure including utilities, pumps, piping, electrical distribution, communications systems, and support facilitiesRespond to field service requests across the mine site to support concentrator, SX/EW, mobile equipment, and general operationsDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and utility system issues to reduce downtime and maintain continuous productionMaintain accurate documentation of work performed, parts used, inspections, and maintenance activities in accordance with site standardsFollow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and hazard recognition practices while working in a high-risk industrial environmentWhat You Need for This PositionExperience performing maintenance or repair work in mining, heavy industrial, manufacturing, utilities, or similar environmentsAbility to work safely in outdoor, rugged, and high-activity areas with strict adherence to established proceduresProficiency using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and basic troubleshooting methods for mechanical and electrical systemsCapability to perform physically demanding tasks including climbing, lifting, and working in variable weather conditionsStrong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with operations, maintenance, and engineering personnel across the siteWhat's In It for YouFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!
