This team is actively engaged in Engineering Test Transformation - helping to redefine how test is done at E&PS. Our overarching mission is to ensure that our customers obtain the data they need the first time. We develop, own and maintain the facilities and test processes that enable the development, certification and long-term support of the entirety of the E&PS product families. Key Responsibilities Learns new engine models while taking a supporting role in preparation, execution and troubleshooting of development and certification tests while also supporting Production and Overhaul (FAA Safety Sensitive) Provides constructive feedback on test plans and test approaches Models Safety, HOS, Behaviors and Continuous Improvement Applies knowledge of complex mechanical products test methods to learn engine models and facility systems and test equipment Supports team in establishing solutions to meet requirements for innovative test solutions for new and existing products Report to:

YOU MUST HAVE

High School Diploma or GED 4-6 years of directly related experience as a Turbine Engine Test or Assembly Technician The ability to work in a lab environment, occasionally lifting (up to 35 lb.) and working with large mechanical test equipment and systems including powered industrial vehicles The ability to work off-shift occasionally (once sufficiently trained) The ability to work outdoors The ability to work occasional overtime The ability to travel occasionally (
