Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Contract An interim Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) position is open for a retail pharmacy located in Mesa, AZ, offering an 8-week contract duration, which may be adjusted based on mutual agreement. There is potential for this role to transition into a permanent position if the fit is successful. This role requires a strong background in retail pharmacy operations, with a focus on supervisory and managerial responsibilities. The pharmacy will provide technician support, allowing the PIC to concentrate on leadership and oversight functions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience Previous supervisor or pharmacy manager experience strongly preferred Licensed and in good standing to serve as Pharmacist in Charge Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills Ability to oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
