Responsibilities:

Overhaul and repair aircraft oxygen masks, fire extinguishers, oxygen cylinders, and regulator assemblies according to OEM specifications and maintenance manuals. Inspect incoming equipment, complete work orders, and maintain accurate repair and testing documentation. Perform equipment testing using pressure gauges, flow meters, and hydrostatic testing equipment to ensure compliance with aviation standards. Troubleshoot mechanical issues, torque regulators to cylinders, and follow FAA and safety procedures throughout the repair process.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required; A&P Certification strongly preferred. 3-5 years of related mechanical, aviation, or component repair experience, or an equivalent combination of education and training. Experience working with hand tools, pressure testing equipment, and high-pressure oxygen systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, parts manuals, maintenance manuals, and technical procedures; must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and pass FAA pre-employment Drug and Alcohol testing.
