We are committed to precision, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Position Summary We are seeking a dependable Entry-Level Calibration Technician/Driver to join our team. This hybrid role is 60% driving and 40% technical , ideal for someone with a clean driving record, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn the calibration trade. Key Responsibilities Drive to client sites throughout California and surrounding states (some overnight travel and air travel required). Perform basic on-site calibration services using hand tools and measurement equipment. Assist in the setup, breakdown, and documentation of calibration jobs. Represent Merit Calibration in a professional manner with clients. Maintain accurate service records and logs. Follow all safety and compliance protocols. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and inspect vehicle regularly. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Clean driving record (DMV report required). Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude. Familiarity with hand tools and small equipment. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day. Willingness to travel (by vehicle and air) for jobs outside of Southern California. Must be punctual, professional, and reliable.
