PCBA Coating and Touch Up Technician PrideStaff - 3.9 Huntington Beach, CA Job Details Temp-to-hire $21 - $27 an hour 5 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Coating English Attention to detail Microscopy Visual inspection for quality control Full Job Description Conformal Coating Touch Up and Rework Operators (2) needed for an electronics manufacturing company in Huntington Beach. This is a Direct Hire position paying $21-24/hr , depending on experience. Will be training on 1st shift for the first month (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM), then will transition to 2nd shift (11:00 AM - 7:30 PM) and receive a $3/hr increase to $24-27/hr , depending on experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental, 401 (k), and paid time off. The individual will inspect, repair, and manually apply protective coatings to electronic assemblies (PCBAs) where areas have not been adequately covered by conformal coating. Apply, repair, or remove conformal coating (acrylic, urethane, silicone, parylene) from restricted areas on PCBAs using precision tools, brushes, and microscopes. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills: Must have at least 1 year of prior similar experience. Must be authorized to work in the US. Must be able to interpret work instructions. High attention to detail and high dexterity skills. Proficiency in manual application techniques (brushing, syringes). Ability to identify defects such as bubbles, voids, thin spots under ultraviolet (UV) light. Must be able to read and write in English. Knowledge of electronics helpful.
