In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of building systems and equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving technical challenges to ensure a safe and functional environment for everyone. Your expertise will help uphold the quality and safety standards of our facilities, making a real difference in daily operations. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns. Repair and troubleshoot electrical equipment, plumbing systems, HVAC units, and building interior components using schematics and technical manuals. Operate hand tools, electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters, and welding equipment to complete repairs efficiently. Conduct maintenance painting, carpentry, and facilities equipment upkeep to maintain the aesthetic and operational standards of the property. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues. Supervise or assist with small repair projects, coordinating with team members or contractors as needed. Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities for reporting and compliance purposes. Requirements Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO), with knowledge of schematics and technical diagrams. Strong electrical experience including electrical work, electrical equipment repair, and troubleshooting using tools like ohmmeters. Mechanical knowledge with skills in plumbing system maintenance and repair as well as HVAC system repair. Ability to operate hand tools effectively; welding skills are a plus. Familiarity with building interior maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting (including residential painting), and facilities upkeep. Experience supervising or leading maintenance teams demonstrates leadership capabilities. Good communication skills in English to collaborate with team members and report issues clearly. Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general facilities maintenance.
