Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Laser & Tooling Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will help operate laser machines, support tooling and sheet metal production, and assist with assembling prototype parts. No extensive experience is required—we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow. Responsibilities Follow the daily production schedule assigned by your supervisor. Operate laser machines and other production equipment (training provided). Assist with tooling, sheet metal forming, and prototype/sample assembly. Perform basic machine setup and troubleshoot routine issues. Report more complex problems to your supervisor. Perform daily machine cleaning, maintenance, and complete maintenance logs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards and company safety procedures. Assist with other production-related tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Willing to learn and follow instructions. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Detail-oriented and committed to quality and workplace safety. Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Willing to work overtime when needed, including occasional evenings and Saturdays. Preferred Qualifications The following experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate. Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with laser cutting, sheet metal fabrication, or machine operation. Basic mechanical skills or experience using hand tools. Ability to read basic 2D drawings or blueprints. Experience with tooling setup, fixture changes, or machine maintenance. Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Overtime may be required based on production needs.

From $23.00 per hour
