Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essentialfunctions include, but are not limited to the following: Portraying a positive company image and engaging in professional and friendly communications with members and staff. Ability to follow instructions through a digital work order system and promptly efficiently complete work. Ability to communicate clearly with supervisor and peers, any questions, concerns or issues that arise in order to properly and effectively complete the work. Provide repairs and maintenance to common areas, and exterior walls of units and structures as directed by Supervisor. Install and repair fascia boards as required. Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of pool decks as needed, including equipment areas, shall be kept clean and free of debris. Re-stucco and paint outside walls as needed. Paint any streets, curbs, outside stucco, trim or any other common area fixtures. Able to make minor electrical repairs. Repair minor irrigation on common area. Repair Mailboxes as needed. Maintain, paint and repair gates and security guard houses as needed. Assist and perform repairs to all HOA lighting systems, streetlights, ground lights and tree lights. Maintain all the equipment and tools needed, in order to be prepared for all requirements of the job. Prioritize work and carry out tasks in an organized manner. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus, minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in maintenance, construction or repair experience in facilities maintenance.
