This is not an entry-level position. Prior hands-on gaming repair experience is required. We need someone who can come in, sit down at the bench, and begin contributing immediately. The right person must be able to independently triage, diagnose, and repair gaming equipment without requiring basic repair training. Responsibilities Triage incoming gaming equipment Diagnose hardware and component-level failures Repair a wide variety of gaming consoles and related devices Troubleshoot power, HDMI/display, connectivity, overheating, storage, board-level, and other hardware issues Identify and request the correct parts needed for repair Perform repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards Test completed repairs before releasing units Accurately document diagnosis, repair work, parts used, and results Manage assigned work-in-process and meet turnaround-time expectations Work with the lead technician and operations team to keep customer commitments Required Experience

MUST HAVE

previous professional gaming repair experience. We are looking for someone who has actual hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing multiple gaming platforms. Experience with the following is strongly preferred: PlayStation Xbox Nintendo Handheld gaming devices Gaming PCs Controllers and related gaming hardware Additional experience we value: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience disassembling and reassembling gaming equipment Soldering and board-level repair experience Experience using diagnostic equipment and repair tools Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple repairs and priorities Understanding of turnaround time and productivity expectations Commitment to quality repairs Important We are not looking for someone who wants to learn gaming repair from the beginning . We need an experienced technician who can walk into an established repair operation, evaluate units, diagnose problems, and start completing repairs from day one.
