Do you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and having every day look a little different? We're looking for a skilled, dependable Mobile Building Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities safe, functional, and looking their best. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and get things DONE. Instead of being stuck in one place all day, you'll support multiple company locations and tackle a variety of maintenance and repair projects. What You'll Do As our Mobile Building Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep our buildings and facilities running smoothly by responding to maintenance needs, completing repairs, and identifying problems before they become bigger issues.
Responsibilities may include:
Travel between company locations to complete maintenance and repair requests Perform general building and facility maintenance Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues within the scope of the position Repair doors, locks, hinges, fixtures, shelving, walls, and other building components Complete drywall patching, painting, touch-ups, and minor carpentry work Replace light bulbs, fixtures, filters, hardware, and other facility components Assemble, install, move, or repair equipment, furniture, and facility items Perform preventative maintenance and routine facility inspections Identify maintenance concerns and recommend appropriate repairs Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and work areas Keep accurate records of completed maintenance and repairs when required Follow company safety procedures and proper equipment practices Coordinate with team members, vendors, or management when repairs require additional support Assist with special projects and other facility maintenance needs as assigned What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Dependable, punctual, and ready to work Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills Experienced with general building maintenance or handyman-style repairs Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment Able to identify a problem and determine the best way to address it Organized and capable of managing multiple maintenance requests Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Safety-conscious and attentive to detail Professional when working around employees, guests, and vendors Comfortable traveling between company locations as needed Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, reach, lift, and perform physical maintenance work throughout the day Previous experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, construction, property maintenance, handyman work, or a related field is preferred. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required due to travel between company locations.
