Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for: DC Automation & Maintenance Associate on our 3rd shift. Hours are M-F from 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM

RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIAL MHE FUNCTIONS

Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures. Operate, maintain Autostore robotics, carousel pick ports, conveyor pick ports robots and chargers. Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems in the building. Set, calibrate, or adjust equipment, machinery, and instruments so they align with production specifications or instructions. Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, pneumatics, etc. Troubleshoot High and Low voltage electrical using Multimeter. Create and close out work orders with data including labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used. Develop training plans for service technicians. Develop work plans for emergency repair of critical assets. Perform additional duties/assignments that may be required by management from time to time.

ESSENTIAL FACILITY FUNCTIONS

Perform necessary repairs and maintenance to the office/building. Painting, Plumbing, some janitorial work Low and High voltage electrical Rack Installation/repair. Dock/Door maintenance Welding Basic fabrication Responsible for company tools and maintenance equipment used in performance of job duties, including inventory maintenance, safe operation, proper storage, and security of tool area. Must be willing to work occasional nights/weekends/on call. Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications:

HS Diploma minimum, preference for 2+ years of college or trade school 2+ years experience in similar positions preferred CMMS experience required. Prior experience using common tools to solve repair and maintenance issues Attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices The ability to thrive in an inclusive environment At Ferguson, we care for each other. Pay:

$24.00 - $32.00 per hour
