Orlando, DeLand, Mount Dora, and surrounding Central Florida areas Immediate Hiring Debo Connect is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Fiber Residential Installers. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to meet you. Experienced fiber technicians are preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Responsibilities
  • Install residential fiber internet services.
  • Perform service activations and equipment installations.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and service issues.
  • Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards.
  • Educate customers on their new fiber services.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation.
  • Represent the company professionally in customers' homes. Qualifications
  • Fiber or telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and punctual.
  • Ability to lift equipment and work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.
  • Ability to pass any required background screening and maintain a professional appearance. What We Offer
