Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cell Phone Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mobile devices and consumer electronics. Your technical expertise will ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality, delivering exceptional service to our customers. Duties Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs on iPhones. Conduct hardware maintenance and repairs such as screen replacements, battery swaps, and port repairs for mobile devices. Use analysis skills to identify root causes of device failures and recommend appropriate solutions or replacements. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and parts used to ensure quality control and inventory management. Experience No experience necessary but iPhone repair experience is highly desirable. You must be handy, have a steady hand and interested in detail oriented manual repairs.
