The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with electronic systems, excellent diagnostic skills, and a strong understanding of industry standards and safety protocols. Experience in the aviation sector and familiarity with FAA regulations is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, CMMs, and detailed work instructions Use standard electronics bench test equipment including: Spectrum Analyzers Oscilloscopes (O-scopes) Multimeters Power Supplies Conduct troubleshooting, repair, and testing of electronic or avionics systems Ensure compliance with applicable FAA regulations and standards (FAR 145 knowledge is a plus) Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and documentation Navigate computer systems and web-based platforms efficiently Communicate effectively with team members and OEMs, as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Aviation OEMs is highly desirable A&P License and/or Aircraft Electronics Technician (AET) Certification is a plus Strong understanding of FAA requirements for Part 145 repair stations Prior experience in avionics installation or electronic system repair (3-5 years preferred) Education and Experience Associate degree or technical school certification required Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or related field preferred Minimum 3-5 years of relevant hands-on experience in electronics or avionics
