We are looking for a licensed professional with strong, hands-on experience in electrolysis, laser hair removal, and advanced cosmetic laser treatments who can confidently teach both classroom theory and supervised clinical training. This instructor will primarily teach within FAMA's Electrolysis Program and Master Cosmetic Laser Program. Areas You Should Be Experienced In Candidates should have professional experience performing and teaching, or be comfortable teaching, modalities including: Electrolysis - Thermolysis, Galvanic and Blend Laser Hair Removal Candela laser systems, with experience using the GentleYAG / GentleMax Pro platform strongly preferred

Instructor Responsibilities Teach classroom theory and hands-on clinical portions of FAMA's Electrolysis and Cosmetic Laser programs. Demonstrate proper treatment techniques, equipment operation and parameter selection. Supervise students performing treatments on live models. Train students on proper consultation, Fitzpatrick assessment, contraindications, pre- and post-treatment care and documentation. Teach students how to safely select and adjust laser settings based on treatment area, skin type and treatment goals. Evaluate student technique and provide hands-on coaching and constructive feedback. Prepare students for Florida electrology licensing examinations and practical requirements. Follow FAMA curriculum, lesson plans and instructional standards. Maintain a professional, organized and safe clinical learning environment. Ensure laser equipment, treatment areas and student workspaces are properly maintained and sanitized. Qualifications Active Florida Electrologist License required. Professional experience performing laser hair removal. Strong hands-on experience with Candela laser equipment preferred. Professional experience with laser tattoo removal and carbon peel treatments. Strong understanding of laser physics, wavelengths, fluence, pulse duration, spot size, cooling and Fitzpatrick-based treatment parameters. Strong understanding of electrolysis techniques and permanent hair-removal procedures. Comfortable performing demonstrations and supervising students during live-model treatments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, dependable and patient with students. Teaching Experience Previous teaching experience is preferred, but not required.
