+ Bonus About the Role We are looking for a skilled, hands-on Computer & Cell Phone Technician with retail store experience to join our team! If you have proven expertise in repairing computers, cell phones, tablets, and game consoles—and possess Level 3+ microsoldering skills —we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Advanced Diagnostics & Repair:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones, computers, tablets, and game consoles (going far beyond simple screen and battery replacements).

Component-Level Repair:

Perform advanced microsoldering (at least Tier 3), including replacing MOSFETs, ports, and FPC connectors.

Complex Troubleshooting:

Tackle difficult "no-power" or "no-boot" motherboard issues with strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Customer Service:

Clearly and honestly explain technical repairs and solutions to walk-in customers.

Workspace Management:

Work independently to manage your repair bench while keeping a clean, highly organized workspace.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

1-2 years of proven bench experience in electronics repair. Microsoldering (Strict Requirement): Must have tier 3 microsoldering skills (capable of replacing components like MOSFETs). Please do not apply if you cannot meet this requirement.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with macOS, Windows, and mobile operating systems. Console repair mastery (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo) is a major plus.

Location & Reliability:

Must live within 30 minutes of Palm Harbor, FL. Punctuality and strong organizational skills are non-negotiable.

General Requirements:

High school diploma or GED, plus the ability to pass a background check.
