Pinecrest, FL Pay:
$22 per hour, plus commissionSchedule:
Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday dermaSpalogy is seeking an experienced, energetic, and dependable Esthetician and Laser Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, confident working with clients, and willing to perform both facial and body treatments. Hands-on training will be provided for the specific laser and radiofrequency devices used in our practice. Responsibilities Perform facial and body treatments according to established protocols Operate laser and radio frequency devices after completing required training Assist with client consultations, treatment recommendations, and follow-up Educate clients about appropriate services, treatment plans, and skincare products Support retail sales and upsell services and treatment packages Help create photos, videos, and other content for the spa's social media platforms Maintain clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment rooms Provide a warm, professional, and luxury-level client experience Assist the team with other areas of spa operations as needed Required Qualifications Minimum of one year of hands-on esthetics or medical-aesthetics experience Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages Familiarity with common MedSpa procedures and treatment protocols Comfortable performing both facial and body treatments Willing and able to work Saturdays Comfortable assisting with consultations, sales, and social media content Must hold all Florida licenses and credentials required to perform assigned services Dependable, punctual, cheerful, professional, and team-oriented Compensation and Benefits $22 per hour Commission opportunities for upselling products, services, and treatment packages Health benefits 401(k) Paid vacation after one year of employment Hands-on training with the laser and radio frequency devices you will operate Employee education and opportunities for professional growthSCHEDULE TUESDAY
