Job Description As a Sr Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will have the opportunity to provide high-level technical support and service to our customers, ensuring the optimal performance of Intelligrated products and systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, perform maintenance and repairs at customer facilities. The expertise and dedication will drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of our service operations. You will report to a client site in Lake Park, GA. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our service operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the growth of our business by ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. Key Responsibilities Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings (electronic/mechanical schematics) and diagnostic tools (e.g., multi-meter, laptop) Follow appropriate safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while maintaining equipment (Lock Out/Tag Out, Arc Flash, etc.) and ensure a safe work environment by eliminating potential equipment safety hazards. Performs preventive maintenance, repairs and cleaning on equipment (e.g., pneumatic systems, material handling equipment, hydraulic equipment, electronic and electrical equipment, etc.) and shop according to safety and quality procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and follow up with customer on resolutions Willing to work overtime and cover multiple shifts, when needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
2+ years of Mechanical and/or Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Shift work may be requiredWE VALUE
