Back To Results 3D Laser Scanning technician Job Description We are currently searching for a 3D Laser Scanning Technician for our well-established client located in Atlanta, GA Primary responsibilities: Conduct laser scanning surveys on construction sites, industrial plants, office spaces, homes, historic buildings and other environments. Reviews and manages the Project Scope to ensure client goals are achieved. Prepares travel and assets for the trip based on the project scope Arranges and meets with clients to get an overview of the building(s) and to review the project for clear expectations on both sides Post-process point cloud data using software such as Faro Scene and Autodesk ReCap Interpret and analyze scan data to identify potential issues or discrepancies in project designs. Collaborate with project teams to understand data needs and requirements for each project. Maintain and organize scanning project files, logs, and documentation Travel to project sites as needed (local and out of town) Deliver effective, professional in person and online product demonstrations to customers Provide 1st level support for Autodesk software clients regarding their Autodesk Account, Licensing and Installation.
