Laser Operator:

Operate Trumpf laser cutting machines safely and efficiently. Perform machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments based on production requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documentation. Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with specifications. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime. Load and unload raw materials as needed. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during production runs. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet customer requirements. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Laser Operator:

2+ years of laser operating experience in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with Trumpf laser equipment (required). Experience performing machine setups and troubleshooting. Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings. Experience using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
