- We're hiring Fiber Splicers to support fiber optic installation, testing, and network deployment projects. This role is ideal for candidates with fiber splicing experience who enjoy working hands-on with cutting-edge telecommunications infrastructure in both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Responsibilities
- + Perform fusion splicing on single-mode and multi-mode fiber optic cables + Install, route, organize, and terminate fiber optic cables and related infrastructure + Build and organize splice trays, enclosures, cabinets, and fiber distribution equipment + Conduct fiber testing using OTDR, OLTS, power meters, and other testing equipment + Troubleshoot signal loss, damaged fibers, and connectivity issues + Read and interpret fiber schematics, splice diagrams, blueprints, and construction drawings + Maintain accurate splice records, test reports, and project documentation + Coordinate with project teams to complete work safely, efficiently, and on schedule + Inspect and maintain tools, vehicles, and testing equipment + Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards •Requirements•+ Fiber optic splicing and termination experience + Experience using OTDR, OLTS, power meters, and fiber testing equipment + Ability to read fiber schematics, splice diagrams, and construction drawings + Experience troubleshooting fiber optic networks and connectivity issues + Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy + Knowledge of safety procedures and job site best practices + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation + Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments •Preferred Experience•+ 1+ years of fiber splicing experience + Data center, telecommunications, or outside plant experience + Ribbon fiber and high-count fiber splicing + Fiber certification and quality assurance testing + Construction, telecommunications, or utility industry experience + Experience maintaining as-built drawings and project documentation •What We Offer•Competitive pay•Overtime opportunities•Benefits available•Stable, long-term opportunities•Training and advancement potential•Diverse project environments•Team-oriented work culture•Opportunity to work with cutting-edge fiber optic technology•_If you're looking for an opportunity to grow your fiber optic career while working on critical telecommunications infrastructure projects, apply today.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $25.
00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
