Roberts Motors is looking for a B-Level Service Technician to join its service department. This role covers the core diagnostic and repair work that keeps the shop running; engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and AC, with a 2+ year background and Ford certification as the baseline. What You'll Do Perform all repair work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment Communicate findings and additional service needs directly to the Service Advisor, with accurate time estimates for any additional repairs needed Execute warranty repairs in full compliance with manufacturer specifications and documentation requirements What We're Looking For Ford certification preferred 2+ years of service technician experience preferred B-level qualifications including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair Previous Ford dealership experience preferred Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity required for precision repair work Basic computer competency and ability to learn new repair procedures and specifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record required High school diploma or equivalent required Roberts Motors is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
