About the Role You'll be the precision expert behind cutting fiber optic cables to exact specifications for our fastest-growing projects. This hands-on role puts you right at the center of our manufacturing pipeline, working with specialized equipment and contributing directly to products heading to major data centers and 5G networks. Operate cable cutting equipment to cut fiber optic cables to required lengths and specifications Read and interpret Manufacturing Orders and technical specs to understand cutting requirements Inspect cable quality and make sure cuts meet required standards before moving to the next stage Maintain accurate inventory tracking and report cable quantities and scrap Keep cutting equipment clean and well-maintained, and keep your work area organized and safe Work with the lead to prioritize and schedule cable cutting tasks What You'll Bring Have previous experience in cable cutting or related manufacturing roles (a plus, but not required) Have careful attention to detail and can work with precision to meet tight specs Have basic math skills for measurements and calculations Communicate clearly and work well with a team Have forklift experience (a plus, but not required) Follow safety policies and procedures closely, with proper PPE Want to read the full job description?
