Partner with Quality, Engineering, Facilities, and laboratory teams to resolve calibration issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
Assist with internal and external audits by ensuring calibration records and equipment documentation are inspection-ready.
Identify and implement process improvements related to calibration and asset management programs.
Provide guidance to laboratory personnel regarding calibration requirements and equipment compliance.
Experience working with CMMS or computerized asset management systems.
Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs, equipment lifecycle management, and laboratory documentation.
Experience supporting regulated manufacturing environments such as medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar industries.
Familiarity with FDA, ISO, cGMP, or comparable quality and regulatory requirements.
Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.

Our client, a leading organization in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, is seeking an experienced Calibration Coordinator to oversee laboratory equipment calibration and asset management activities within an R D setting. This position is responsible for coordinating calibration schedules, preventative maintenance, equipment documentation, vendor activities, and regulatory compliance to ensure laboratory assets remain audit-ready and operating efficiently.Job Duties:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.5+ years of experience in calibration, metrology, laboratory equipment management, or asset management.Experience working with CMMS or computerized asset management systems.

Experience supporting regulated manufacturing environments such as medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar industries.
