$32-$35/hr. ✅ Temp-to-Hire career opportunity ✅ Available on 2nd and 3rd Shift ✅ Overtime opportunities available ✅ Work with advanced manufacturing and automated equipment ✅ Career growth and development opportunities ✅ Collaborative team environment What You'll Do 🔧 Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical production equipment 🔧 Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime 🔧 Maintain conveyors, palletizers, case packers, labelers, storage systems, and automated equipment 🔧 Diagnose electrical systems including motors, controls, drives, transformers, and PLCs 🔧 Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, valves, bearings, and mechanical components 🔧 Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades 🔧 Follow all safety, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and maintenance procedures 🔧 Train and support equipment operators to improve performance and reliability Qualifications ✔ High School Diploma or GED preferred ✔ Trade School Certificate/Diploma in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or related field preferred ✔ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills ✔ Experience with industrial electrical controls and components ✔ Previous experience working with 480V systems ✔ PLC experience preferred ✔ Experience with CMMS or maintenance work order systems (SAP experience a plus) ✔ Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings ✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills ✔ Previous manufacturing or food manufacturing experience preferred ✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus ✔ Ability to work overtime, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed Skills That Will Make You Stand Out ⭐ PLC Logic Controls ⭐ Motor Controls & Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) ⭐ Blueprint & Schematic Interpretation ⭐ Hydraulics & Pneumatics ⭐ Root Cause Analysis ⭐ Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement ⭐ Mechanical Equipment Repair & Installation 🚀 Ready to Take Your Career to the Next Level? Pay Details:
