This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving automated production and packaging equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, experience working with high-speed automated equipment, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild, and dismantle complex manufacturing and support equipment. Troubleshoot control systems, servo drives, and motors on high-speed packaging lines. Perform preventive maintenance and proactive equipment inspections to maximize reliability and uptime.
