• 25+/HR Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Service Tech to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in Pool and Spa service and repair. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing quality work, follows safety procedures, and is committed to maintaining excellent attendance and reliability.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday with overtime during peak season

• Diagnose and repair pool and spa equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Document diagnostic findings and repairs for follow-up
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers and team members
• Work independently while providing quality customer service
• Work overtime when needed during peak seasons
• What We're Looking For
• 1+ year of service technician experience required
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool/spa repair, or similar mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work in confined or tight spaces
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Professional appearance and customer-service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
