About the Role Are you a meticulous and innovative calibration technician seeking an impactful role within a dynamic, high-tech environment? Join CBRE as a Process Instrument Calibration Technician at our client's GMP/GLP development facility in Lebanon, IN. In this vital Mon-Fri day shift position, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of essential process instrumentation. Your responsibilities will include conducting preventive maintenance, performing precise calibrations, and expertly repairing sophisticated technical equipment. Success in this role demands a detailed understanding of electrical and electronic systems, proficiency in user documentation, and experience with CMMS software. What You'll Do Provide preventive maintenance, calibration, repairs and solving service for all of the process related instrumentation equipment in building. Work closely with Process Engineers and lab Chemists to differentiate between equipment and method problems. Work is performed on all types of systems: Pressure and Temperature Transmitters, Agitator RPM controllers, Analysis Transmitters i.e. pH and DO2 Transmitters, Pressure and Temperature controllers, Delta V Foundation Field bus, Device Net, PLC controlled devices and all related data and communication equipment. Perform fixing on loops and calibration of sensors, transmitters, controllers and actuators including repairs on control modules, component and mechanical part replacements. What You'll Need High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Licenses or certifications may be required by local applicable law or ordinance. Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred. Must possess an active, valid driver's license. Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality. Why CBRE?
