MAXIMO/CMMS
Asset Management Software. Troubleshooting skills for mechanical, instrument, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, controls, and Utility equipment. AC/DC motor repair/replacement for single phase, and 3-phase power. Maintenance tools used while working on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and Utility systems. Sound knowledge of instrument/electrical/control/communication principles. Repair/replace instruments and electrical devices. Fabrication with metal and the welding process using oxy acetylene, MIG, TIG, & arc welding tools. Pump & fan theory, repair, & replacement. Instrument/electrical components & how they work/communicate. Capable of using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and related measuring equipment. Comprehension and use of technical manuals. Strong understanding of the mechanical, instrument, electrical, utilities, and control system architecture. Understands how PLC controllers function to control the process. Understands the Operator Interface's role in controlling the process. Use of SPC (statistical process control) charts, graphs, and data for increased reliability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work under limited supervision, and self-motivated. Excellent organization skills.
