Lead staff support efforts, including training initiatives, team communication, and staff meeting participation. Help drive process improvement across MRI workflows while maintaining a patient-centered approach. Coordinate MRI-related events and support departmental readiness and quality goals. Collaborate with a contracted research organization to support research activities and maintain compliance. Maintain a strong focus on safety, comfort, and overall patient experience in the MRI environment.
