Lead staff support efforts, including training initiatives, team communication, and staff meeting participation. Help drive process improvement across MRI workflows while maintaining a patient-centered approach. Coordinate MRI-related events and support departmental readiness and quality goals. Collaborate with a contracted research organization to support research activities and maintain compliance. Maintain a strong focus on safety, comfort, and overall patient experience in the MRI environment. What You Need Required 5+ years of MRI experience Minimum 1 year experience as a lead/lead technologist (or equivalent coordination role) High school diploma or equivalent (plus additional training/education) Graduation from an approved School of Radiologic Technology or equivalent Current ARRT Registered in Radiologic Technology (Radiography) Current Radiologic Technologist licensure by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts CPR/BLS certification Preferred MRI Safety Officer Certification About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in Newton, KS as an MRI Lead Technologist/Coordinator, working under the Imaging Department Medical Director to support imaging operations, staff development, and high-quality patient care.
