09/07/2026 Job Description Job Description Low Voltage Telecommunications Techs V.I. Communications is currently seeking Low Voltage Telecommunications Techs. VI Communications is a complete design and installation contractor for data and voice networks, including fiber optic and high-speed copper installations.
Responsibilities:
Install, Troubleshoot and repair Telephone, Data and Fiber Optic Cables Installation of Surface Mount Raceway Test and certify cables with Level V test equipment Adhere to all quality and safety codes Must be able to pass hair follicle drug test , background check and MVR check Must be able to obtain a TWIC card
Qualifications:
Previous experience in telecommunications or other related fields Familiarity with electrical schematics and blueprints Familiarity with copper & fiber optic testing equipment and hand tools Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Company Description VI Communications is a complete design and installation contractor for data and voice networks, including fiber optic and high speed copper installations.
