Laser Welding Operator

Location:
Bedford, MA Pay Rate:

$20.00 - $21.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM (1st Shift)

Are you experienced in precision manufacturing or laser welding and looking for a great opportunity with long-term potential? Join a growing team where your attention to detail and technical skills will help produce high-quality medical device components. This full-time position offers the possibility of conversion to a permanent role.

Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to read and follow written procedures in English Experience Requirements Laser welding or similar precision fabrication experience preferred

Experience setting up and operating manufacturing equipment

Small parts assembly experience strongly preferred

Medical device, cleanroom, or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and quality standards Job Duties Set up and operate laser welding equipment

Perform precision laser welding on small components and assemblies

Conduct testing and maintain production records

Follow detailed manufacturing procedures and quality standards

Inspect finished products for accuracy and compliance

Report equipment, material, or quality concerns

Support process improvements and manufacturing efficiency

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Physical Capabilities Perform detailed work with small parts and hand tools

Frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach

Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with strong hand-eye coordination
