Full-time, in person Job Summary B2B Mobile Auction is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Automated Diagnostics Technician to join our overnight production team. This position involves loading cell phones into our automated diagnostic system, monitoring the testing process, and ensuring devices move through the workflow correctly. No robotics experience is required. We will provide training on the equipment, diagnostic process, and company procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable with technology, learns quickly, and can stay focused while completing repetitive tasks accurately. Responsibilities Load and unload cell phones from the automated diagnostic equipment. Prepare and organize devices for testing. Follow the correct process for feeding devices into the automated workflow. Monitor the equipment while devices are being tested. Identify devices that do not complete the testing process correctly. Separate devices based on their diagnostic results. Verify that each device is properly identified and tracked. Record results and update device information accurately. Troubleshoot basic equipment or workflow issues using provided instructions. Notify a supervisor when equipment or devices require additional attention. Maintain an organized and clean workstation. Meet daily productivity and quality expectations. Follow all company safety, security, and device-handling procedures. Assist with other production or cell phone testing responsibilities when needed. Qualifications Comfortable working with cell phones, computers, and automated equipment. Able to follow detailed instructions and established processes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable and able to work the full overnight schedule. Able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality. Able to work independently with limited overnight supervision. Basic computer skills. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in production, warehouse operations, electronics, cell phone testing, or machine operation is helpful but not required. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds when necessary. What We Offer Starting pay of $19.00 per hour. Hands-on training with automated diagnostic equipment.
