This hands-on role performs technical testing of products, materials, and equipment according to established standards and procedures. The ideal candidate has experience with laboratory testing, QA/QC, test equipment, ISO 17025, LIMS, electrical systems, PLCs, or data acquisition systems and is comfortable troubleshooting equipment and mentoring other technicians. Responsibilities Perform laboratory testing on products, materials, and equipment according to technical standards and approved test methods. Record and maintain accurate test data, laboratory records, and equipment documentation. Follow laboratory QA/QC, safety, and quality procedures. Train, assist, and mentor laboratory technicians. Develop test procedures and bench sheets for new testing requirements. Maintain, troubleshoot, and coordinate calibration of laboratory testing equipment. Assist with identifying and procuring new test equipment. Support Engineers and Managers with

ISO 17025

audit preparation. Maintain laboratory testing supplies and inventory. Meet testing deadlines and turnaround-time requirements. Qualifications Associate degree + 3 years of technical testing experience, OR High school diploma/GED + 5 years of technical testing experience. Experience with laboratory or engineering test equipment. Knowledge of laboratory QA/QC procedures. Strong mechanical and technical aptitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and laboratory software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills
