Key Duties:

Machine setup and changeovers : Adjusting tooling and fixtures and entering parameters through an HMI.

Troubleshooting and maintenance:

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues, including sensors, motors, and basic PLCs.

Precision measurement:

Using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part quality.

Technical reading:

Reading mechanical drawings, GD&T, and electrical schematics.

Safety and flexibility:

Knowledge of lockout/tagout (LOTO), able to lift up to 50 lbs, and available for extended hours when needed. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years related experience and a technical diploma or Associate degree; automotive, HVAC, or appliance repair experience also considered!

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
